Author Responsibilities

All parties involved in the editorial and peer review process are expected to maintain the highest level of integrity. Privileged information or insights obtained during peer review must remain confidential and may not be used for personal advantage. Reviewers are required to decline evaluation of manuscripts where a conflict of interest exists, arising from competitive, collaborative, or financial relationships with any of the authors, institutions, or organizations connected to the submission. Similarly, authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that may influence the interpretation of their findings. All sources of financial or institutional support must be fully acknowledged within the manuscript.
Author Responsibilities
Reporting Standards
Authors must present an accurate and transparent account of their research. The manuscript should provide sufficient detail and references to allow independent replication of the study. Fabricated, falsified, or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical conduct and will not be tolerated.
Originality and Plagiarism
Manuscripts must represent original work. If previously published works or the words of others are used, they must be properly cited or quoted. Any detected plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will lead to rejection or retraction.
Multiple or Redundant Publications
Manuscripts describing essentially the same research must not be submitted to more than one journal simultaneously. Parallel submissions or redundant publications constitute unethical publishing behavior and are unacceptable.
Acknowledgement of Sources
Proper credit must always be given to the work of others. Authors are obliged to cite all publications that have significantly influenced their research.
Authorship of a Manuscript
Authorship should be limited to those who have made a substantial contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study. All significant contributors must be listed as co-authors. Individuals who contributed to specific aspects of the project but do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged in a dedicated section. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that:
- Only appropriate contributors are listed as co-authors.
- All co-authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript.

When research involves hazardous materials, procedures, or equipment, authors must clearly identify and describe associated risks. Studies involving human participants or animals must comply with international ethical standards and obtain approval from relevant institutional review boards or ethics committees.
Fundamental Errors in Published Works
If an author discovers a major error or inaccuracy in their published work, they must immediately notify the editor or publisher and cooperate in issuing a correction or retraction as necessary.
