2. Publication Policy
Our journal is an open-access, peer-reviewed, biannual publication. We welcome original research articles, reviews, case studies, and short communications in the fields of banking, finance, cybersecurity, and related interdisciplinary topics.

All authors have contributed significantly and approved the final version.
The journal does not charge submission fees, but an Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply after acceptance to cover editorial and hosting costs.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process:
-
Initial editorial screening for scope and plagiarism.
-
Evaluation by at least two independent reviewers.
-
Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit.
-
Final decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers' recommendations.
Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and adherence to confidentiality and impartiality.
